The Program Committee of CPV-17 is happy to invite you to submit your abstract for the 17th International Conference on Concentrator Photovoltaic Systems. Abstracts are invited in the topics listed on the website.
All abstracts are to be submitted on or before November 27, 2020.
Despite the recent hopeful news, the development of the global pandemic situation in spring 2021 is unclear. We have therefore decided to go fully online with CPV-17, in order to ensure that the conference will be a smooth and plannable experience for all our attendees from all continents. We therefore strongly encourage all authors to submit and present their work, especially those from outside Europe. We will ask all presenters to hand in a video recording of their presentation before the start of the conference, so a high audio and video quality will be ensured and attendees can re-watch the conference at a time that best suits their time zone and busy schedules!
Please read the instructions carefully before starting the upload. Only abstracts which are handed in in finished form by the deadline will be considered for the review. The abstract should clearly explain the significance of the work. The research must be new, of high quality, and contribute significantly to the knowledge in one of the conference topics.
In case you are unfamiliar with the online submission procedure, we recommend that you submit your abstract well in advance of the deadline, to avoid any last-minute complications which could occur. Depending on the content and quality of your abstract, you may be invited to have an oral presentation or to present a poster at the conference. The conference language will be English. The guidelines, which also serve as a template for preparing the manuscript, can be downloaded here.
Please note that abstracts and full papers will be subject to a detailed reviewing process. Papers which are not meeting the requirements will be rejected. It is foreseen to publish the conference proceedings with AIP, covering papers with sufficient scientific quality. Acceptance of the abstract does not guarantee acceptance of the paper for the proceedings. All papers need to follow the AIP guidelines and will therefore be subject to a separate review process.

Please upload your abstract as a .pdf file. The length of the abstract may not exceed 2 pages – one page exclusively for the abstract and a second page exclusively for graphs and pictures. Papers which exceed 2 pages cannot be uploaded to the web site!
When the upload is finished, the contact person will receive a confirmation mail with a username and password. Please keep this password for our other online services, e.g. your registration. Further information concerning your presentation will follow in a second e-mail before the conference.
If the e-mail address is incorrect, the confirmation e-mail cannot be sent to you. Please make sure that your contact information is up to date and free of typing errors. If you do not receive a confirmation mail following your abstract submission, please contact: info@cpv-17.org.
